Welcome to Maniax League 2025.

Joining Maniax League is your ticket to Australia’s Largest Axe Throwing Community. Seven weeks of fun & exciting competition are capped off by a final week of Double Elimination Playoffs to find your League Champion! All in a relaxed, social setting where the banter is as important as the bullseyes.

Your friendly, knowledgeable League Runner will always be present for help with throwing, scoring, & the laws of the game.

League membership includes the use of our House Axes, half an hour of practice time before competitive throwing begins each night, & a complimentary beverage at Playoffs to celebrate a fun and rewarding season. New signups will also be provided with an IATF “AxeScores” profile where you can track your results and progress as a thrower.

What do I join?

Standard: Standard Rules are perfect for beginners and casual throwers to have fun & hone their skills.

Big Axe: Big Axe is a recreational league and a great opportunity to socialise, not take things too seriously and throw some very big axes!

Prem: Premier Rules are for the serious competitor and ambitious beginners who want to challenge themselves.

Doubles: The ultimate expression of precision & teamwork, Doubles League is a heck of a lot of fun with a date or mate!

Youth: Looking for a Saturday morning sport with an Edge? Youth Axe League is exclusively for throwers aged 11 - 17 years of age. *Only at selected venues, times may vary based on venue
